Looking for flatmates in Bath

Hiya, I am currently working in Bath and my tenancy ends ideally at the end of July, but there is some flexibility to stretch to mid-August.

I am looking for flatmates to house hunt for a 2–4 bed home. The biggest constraint in house hunting is rent, which I would love to keep below £850. I value keeping communal spaces clean, so would like to buddy up with people who feel the same. The tenancy that is ending is with a live in landlord, so I am good at tidying up after myself and being respectful of people’s space.

At home I love to have the radio on and be cooking. I also enjoy running and going to the pub.

My work is in Bath, and since I don’t have a car I would like a house close enough to bus, cycle or walk into the centre.

The dream would be to have a garden or access to green space close by, and a double bedroom, but I’m flexible. It would also be nice to live with people who are okay with having friends over – my sister lives in Cardiff and usually visits for the weekend roughly once every three months.
