Looking For Oct-Jan Sublet

Hi All,

I’m Izzy, 22, and I’m a young professional in finance. I’m looking for a room with good transport links, close to tube stations and is large enough so that I can also work from home.

My budget is around £1,200/pm and ideally this would include bills. I am looking for a room that is free from Mid-October - January 2026. Also open to longer lets if the room is right

As a flatmate:
I’m very tidy and clean, so one of my few requirements is a clean household!! and living with respectful people.

Preferable Areas:
Paddington, Maida Vale, Swiss Cottage, St John’s Wood, Clapham Junction, Battersea but i’m open to options still!

Hobbies:
hiking, art galleries, reading, good food, mahjong, music
