Room/Flat/House Share, Ideally en-suite or Studio

Hi! I'm a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Robotics and AI at the University of Manchester. I have been living in Hulme with my family, but my wife and baby are heading back to our home country for at least a year, so I am now looking for a place just for myself.

I am ideally looking for a double en-suite room or just a spacious room in a shared house/bedroom or a private studio, preferably within walking distance of the University of Manchester. My maximum budget is £500 per month, ideally including all bills. If the property is far from the university and I am happy, then the rent must be justified.

As a flatmate, I am a responsible, very clean, tidy, and respectful professional. During the week, I am usually busy at the university or focused on my research. I appreciate a quiet and tidy environment to relax in after a long day of work, so you can definitely expect me to keep the kitchen and common areas clean! While I value personal space, I am very easy-going and always up for a friendly chat. You've got a friend in me!

Move-in & Availability:
I am ready to move in from the 1st of August.

Important note for viewings: I am flying home to drop off my family on the 14th of July and will be returning to Manchester on the 23rd of July. Therefore, I am highly motivated to arrange viewings as early as possible before I leave, or immediately after I return.
