Master's Student Seeking a Room and Flatmates

I'm a 27-year old Master's student at the University of Sussex looking for a room in Brighton. Ideally, the location should be within walking distance to the university

My budget is £600-£650 PCM including bills. It would be ideal to share this space with other people especially students and professionals.

I'm a clean, well-mannered and, friendly person who loves to read, go out for a jog, and play video games. I am currently reading "The Pathans" by Olaf Caroe, consistently running 9 km in nearly an hour, and replaying Cyberpunk 2077 and Baldur's Gate 3.
