UCL PhD Student looking for rental

I'm starting studying my radio physics PhD this month and looking for a nice place to live. I've perviously lived in North London for last two summers while working, but looking for a more permanent stay as I start my full-time PhD (fully funded with monthly salary). Am able to require guarantors, deposits and references if required.

I will be working mostly in the office but occasionally working from home, and am more interested in a socialble living space than proxximity to campus.

I really enjoy being in the city, but garden would be a great addition - however not essential. I do love to cook, especially in groups so shared meals would be a bonus also while also getting to know each other.
