Looking for a flatmate to buddy up (1st December)

Hi! I’m Ishita — a full-time professional, and I’m looking for a person to buddy up and find a flat.

About me:

📊 I work in financial advisory (hybrid).
📚 I enjoy reading, long walks, and cooking (vegetarian)
🧼 Very clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
🍷 Enjoy the occasional glass of wine on weekends
🚭 I don’t smoke, but don’t mind if you do — as long as there’s no passive smoke indoors.
🥦I am a vegetarian and would prefer a vegetarian household.

I tend to take a little time to open up, but I enjoy getting to know people, hanging out, and planning things together.

What I’m looking for in the flat:
✔️ Ensuite room ( < £1,200 pm / 1st December)
✔️Easy commute to New Street Square. I do not mind a bit of travel (but nothing too extensive)
✔️Safe, residential neighbourhood
✔️Calm, clean, and respectful home environment
❌ Families / landlords having a spare room
