Looking for room, SE London preferred but flexible

Hey, I’m Luke - I’m looking for a double room for at least a year in a friendly, LGBTQIA+ friendly house.

I’m into music and DJing (I run an open decks night and small events - to clarify I don’t bring the party home from them!), so do need somewhere it’s ok to have a home DJ setup - if needs be this can be done on headphones only which would be totally silent for everyone else.

I’m also interested in history and documentaries.

Work full time as an electrician (full time employed so steady work), usually around central London large construction sites.

I don’t smoke, but no issue if others do outside.
