Looking for room, SE London preferred but flexible

Hey, I’m Luke - I’m looking for a double room for at least a year in a friendly, LGBTQIA+ friendly house.

I’m into music and DJing (I run an open decks night and small events - to clarify I don’t bring the party home from them!), so do need somewhere it’s ok to have a home DJ setup - with agreed reasonable volume and hours.

Would like to be in a sociable house where it’s ok for visitors occasionally (friends or partner over for dinner etc). - again within reason and agreement.

I’m also interested in history and documentaries.

Work full time as an electrician (full time employed so steady work), usually around central London large construction sites.
