Friendly, neat and kind MSc student :)

Hi! I'm Aida (she/her), a 29 y/o incoming MSc student who's looking for a place to stay that's easily accessible to central London. I'm from the U. S. and have worked in Los Angeles and New York, and I'm going back to school to specialize in public health.
I've lived with flatmates most of my adult life, so I'm happy to share space with others. As a flatmate, I'm conscientious, friendly, easygoing, and neat, and I'm looking for housemates who value the same. In my free time, I like exploring the city, going to museums, browsing bookstores, and casual nights at the pub.
Since I'll be attending an in-person program, I'll be on campus for much of the week and am eager to keep a relaxing but friendly environment at home. My previous flatmates ended up becoming some of my closest friends, and we had a good mix of friendly socializing at home and spending alone time when needed. We also made sure to be neat and keep our shared spaces clean, so I'd be happy to split housework or chip in for a cleaner.
I have enough saved for one year of rent and am looking to rent for at least a year (maybe longer if I continue studying after the one year program). I'm also happy to provide references if need be.
