Children’s Nurse looking for a calm place and room

Hi, I’m Ben.

I work as a children’s nurse for a disability charity, supporting children and young people with complex needs. My job can be both rewarding and demanding, so home is important to me as a place to feel calm and settled.

Outside of work I’m a fine art photographer, often out exploring the coast or countryside with my camera. I’d ideally love to be near the sea or the Downs, somewhere with good access to nature. I enjoy walking, the gym, meditating, cooking, tv series, and quiet downtime.

I’m looking for a room in a relaxed, tidy home. An ensuite would be great, but isn’t essential. My budget is up to £950pcm, and I’m open to short- or medium-term lets.

About me:

Tidy, reliable, and respectful

Easy-going, friendly, and comfortable with pets (dogs and cats are fine as well as more exotic pets but not 🐍!)

Non-smoker, occasional social drinker

Need space to work from home 1–2 days a week (just laptop-based admin and occasional meetings but nothing noisy).

Social when it fits, but also happy with my own space and privacy.

What I’d really value is a home that feels welcoming, with people who appreciate a calm, friendly atmosphere.
