Fun Friendly Queer Creative Needs a Double Room!!!

Hiiii!! My name’s El (they/them), I’m 25 and I work in the creative team for a well known charity. I currently live in Walthamstow and as my tenancy ends soon I’m looking for a cute and easygoing queer house share in north/east to join!

My max budget is £850pm excl. bills, furnished or unfurnished places are both fine- all I require is space for a double bed and a lil desk :))) Ideally looking to stay somewhere more long term (1-2 years), and am ready to move by the end of September but could negotiate earlier!!

In my spare time I love going to gigs, hiking and swimming in the summer, wandering round art galleries/museums, experimenting with new recipes, and I recently took up gardening! I would prefer a place with an outdoor space for this reason, I spend a lot of my free time pottering about in the garden and love to create a beautiful sanctuary outside for others to enjoy <3

I’m an outgoing person and like to get out of the house as much as I can, but really appreciate having a chill and tidy communal space to come home to! I’ll very happily follow your cleaning rota, pay you back on splitwise, call maintenance, take over a bill, cook dinner for everyone etc etc

Advocating for a free Palestine, antiracism/antifash and trans+ friendly vibes are a non negotiable for me as I hope they are for you!

I have my own community but I’m really keen to hang outside of the house and I wanna be your friend as well as your housemate! I love a post-work yap sesh and hanging out in the living room in the evenings xx
