20F, clean, fun, sociable looking for flatmate

Hi I’m Jeya, 20, I work in the City and wfh 1 time (on occasion 2 times) a week. I’m looking for a 2–4 bedroom flat from October 2025, ideally somewhere with a quick commute to Moorgate. Hoping to find a flatmate for a mix of fun nights out & cozy nights in.

I am ideally working with a budget of £1-1.7k pcm on rent including bills — depending on how nice the flat is.

I'd love to have a flatmate/flatmates that I can be good friends with - hanging out when we aren't busy and the odd night out, pub trip or dinner party would be great.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, and considerate — no strict rules beyond being a good flatmate. Ideally someone sociable who’d be up for exploring the local area together, trying out new pubs/restaurants, or just hanging out in the flat.
