Canadian looking for new London home

Hello!

My name is Parker. I’m 33 and work as a Director of Strategy at a marketing and design agency. I’ll be moving from Montreal to London in mid-October and I’m looking for a cozy long-term place to call home, either upon arrival or soon after.

A few quick facts about me:

- I’m clean and organized and always make sure not to leave dishes in the sink. I’m respectful of shared spaces and while I don’t throw parties, I do enjoy hosting dinners or casual evenings if flatmates are into it.

- I’d describe myself as both an introvert and an extrovert depending on the day. Sometimes I love peace and quiet to read or relax, and other times I enjoy cooking meals together, meeting new people, sharing a drink, or heading out for a night.

- I'll be looking for an office space to rent once there, but I'll need to work from home occasionally (especially at first), so ideally the room is large enough for a desk or there's a shared space where I can set up during work hours.

- My interests include cooking, hot yoga, weight training, reading sci-fi, playing board games (lately I’ve been hooked on Dominion and Code Names), watching sketch comedy, and exploring new places. Earlier this year I spent three months backpacking through South America, which was an incredible experience, and I’m excited to make London my base while exploring Europe.
