Quiet and Friendly Postgraduate Student Looking fo

Hi, I am an international student who just finished my postgraduate degree and am, currently looking for a clean and comfortable room. I’m easy-going, respectful, and focused on my studies.

I’d prefer a furnished room with good internet access, ideally within easy reach of public transport or the university. A quiet environment for studying would be great, but I also enjoy friendly chats with housemates.

Must-haves: WiFi, heating, and a study space (desk).
Deal-breakers: Smoking inside.
