Looking For Friendly Household

Hey, I am Kay and I am 24, I'm trying to get back on my feet after being homeless and sofa surfing for the better part of a year.

The most important thing is that I am on UC and rely on LHA rate capped payments for my rent. Most people under 35 only qualify for the room rate with UC, I however do qualify for the 1 bed rate which is a fair bit higher. This means my budget is slightly above the 1 bedroom LHA rate for the relevant postcode.

I have chronic health issues that have prevented me from working in my chosen field but I'm certain that getting settled will help me manage my conditions better and ultimately get me on the road to working again. I am going to study programming and web/app development further so that I can achieve this.

A bit about myself.
I keep to myself when my symptoms are bad but I am very sociable otherwise, I am typically quite quiet, respectful and will do anything I can to maintain a clean and friendly environment wherever I am living.

I love to do crafts and play games in my spare time and have a plethora of hobbies that I've picked up, from cooking and baking to arts and crafts and yarn crafts to gaming and creative writing. I also enjoy taking long walks when I can and seeing friends and family as often as I can. I really enjoy meeting and getting to know new people as I love learning new things and teaching people new things. My worst trait is that I smoke but I am trying to quit, I do not like or enjoy smoking indoors so that would never become an issue and I am more than happy to abide any rules around smoking near/outside of the property too.
