Quiet Couple looking for a Room or Flat Share!

Hello! We’re a quiet, easy-going couple looking for a double room or a small one-bed flat. I work from home on my computer doing 3D modelling and animation (quiet, desk-based work) and my girlfriend has recently returned from a year abroad in Japan, she’s a student currently looking for work. We both have savings and are financial able and ready to move in as soon as possible.

We’re tidy, respectful, and tend to keep to ourselves, but we’re also friendly and considerate flatmates. We can always pay our rent on time.

• Reliable broadband connection (important for work)
