Hi, I’m George — a 21-year-old professional working full-time for Virgin Media O2, while also studying law with The Open University. I ideally need to move ASAP and I’m looking for a double room with a budget of up to £675pcm, preferably with bills included.

As a flatmate, I am clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I am also reliable with rent and bills, I like to keep things organised.
As a person I am friendly and sociable, but I am also independent. I'm usually either working or studying, so I won't be under anyone's feet. I'm considerate, easy-going and good at giving people their space.

You can expect that I will pull my weight around the home and keep things running smoothly. I'm chilled and quiet, however I do enjoy a good laugh, film night or takeaway. If you’re up for being social, I’m always happy to bring good vibes (and the party, when it suits) — but I’ll never disrespect the peace if the house prefers calm.
I'm not looking for anything short term, I want to find a place to call home long term.
I’m a massive fan of The 1975, and I love music, films, and TV shows — anything from Friends and The Morning Show to The Lord of the Rings and thrillers. I also enjoy gaming and trying out new food spots when I can. Basically, I like to keep a nice balance between chilled downtime and fun plans.
