Professional Male to share flat

Hi!

I’m looking for a roommate in Birmingham and I’m open to a few areas: the City Centre (close to my office), South Birmingham (near my MMA gym), or the South West suburbs (commutable to both). I'm open to studios, 1 beds (en suite) and I'm open to buddy up for 2-bed/2-bath accommodation.

A little about me: I’m an IT professional working the usual 9–5. Most days I work from home, but I can just as easily head into the City Centre office if needed. Outside of work, I like to stay active. Most evenings you’ll find me at fitness classes, reading, or catching up on rest. I usually meet friends out rather than hosting at home. I’m not much of a partier; I enjoy a peaceful home life, but I’m easy-going, friendly, and always up for a chat.

At home, I like things clean and organised (within reason – I’m tidy, not a clean freak!). I meal prep during the week, so the kitchen and communal areas stay neat on my side. I’m respectful of shared spaces and would like to live with someone who values the same. I also drive, so if you ever need a hand with shopping or errands, I’m happy to help.

What I’m hoping to find is a roommate who’s clean, considerate, and friendly. Someone I get along with so the flat feels like a comfortable home for both of us.
