I’m looking for a 1-bed, 1-bath flat with the following preferences:

Private bathroom

Budget: up to £1,700 pcm

Preferred move-in date: 7 March 2026

Length of contract: 3 months to 1 year

Preference: female-only flatmates

Property: ideally on the 1st floor or with a lift, as I have a bicycle

A bit about me:

I’m currently on a Graduate Visa, having just graduated from the University of York, and I’m now looking for work in London. I’m originally from China and am temporarily staying with a friend in London.

I don’t smoke, rarely drink (only occasionally — I quite like M&S No.33 dessert wine 😊), and I don’t go to parties. I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful, and I value a calm and comfortable home environment.
