Room Sought by Postgraduate Student

Hello,

My name is Paul, I am a postgraduate student at the University of Strathclyde and I am looking for a flat for me and my friend Duncan to move into together.

We are both tidy non-smokers without any pets. I love to cook and so spend a lot of my time in the kitchen, Duncan loves nothing more cleaning dirty dishes (what a combo I know). We are both quite sociable and pretty low tempo. We are both also pretty active and tend to come in handy at a pub quiz.

Ideally we would like to get know the person we're living with however understand that people like their own space.

Perfectly happy to meet for a coffee to have a chat and would prefer to view rooms before committing.
