Tenant looking to rent a room, £700 bills incl

Hi everyone,

I’m Anna and I’m looking for a double room to rent in Brighton. My budget is around £700 per month with bills included, and I work full-time.

A little about me: I’m originally from Madrid but have been living in Brighton for the past 10 years. I speak Spanish fluently and am always working on strengthening my English skills. I currently speak limited English but have a strong understanding.

I’m tidy, reliable, and considerate, and I’d make a friendly housemate. In my free time, I love cooking, going for walks, and enjoying quiet evenings at home.

I'm available to move straightaway as I'm currently staying with friends whilst I look for a new home.
