Seeking for 3 Month Short Let end-Oct to end-Jan

Hello,

I’m looking to rent from October 20th until the end of January/early February, roughly a three-month stay.

A little about myself:
• Gender: Female
• Language: English & Chinese
• Occupation: Freelance film producer and writer

Currently, I’m working on pre-production for several short films and preparing submissions for film festivals, while also developing new projects. This means I mostly work from home for 2-3 days every week.

I’m a very quiet and easygoing person.
I enjoy writing, reading, and cooking. And I love animals, if you have a pet I would be happy to do pet sitting if needed.

I’m very clean and responsible.
in my previous flatshares, my housemates and I kept a routine of weekly cleaning and regular deep cleans.
