Hi! I'm Will, 27m, from York. I'm a professional aiming to move to Manchester in early to mid-October (flexible) as I have just secured a role with Northern Trains as a Traincrew Diagram Manager (due to start 13/10).
I'm looking for a house-share/flat-share in Greater Manchester, ideally in Chorlton, Didsbury, or Salford areas (other areas considered for the right property).
If the room is a double and has room for a desk where I can set up two monitors, that would be great as I intend to do some hybrid working once I am more comfortable in my new role.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy music, gigs, video/board games, gym, reading, and socialising. I am clean, easygoing, sociable, and respectful of others.
The last time I rented was during university so I should be able to provide a reference, but would need to confirm that their details are accurate first. I should also be able to provide character references from those who I lived with if required.
