PhD Researcher, University of Leeds

Hi!

I'm Matty and I'm looking for a new place to live at the end of this year/start of next year.

I'm in my 3rd year of my PhD at Leeds University. Despite sounding like a total nerd, I'm very outgoing and I love to socalise inside and outside of the home. I'm also gay if that matters to anyone, and don't mind living with men or women. Hoping to make a friend as well!

I work roughly 9-5pm everyday, then I am out the house every Saturday as well, where I work at Fazenda once a week (Yes I can get you 50% off, including the wine!). In the weekday evenings, I am normnally at gymnastics or the gym. I'm not around too much !

I enjoy fitness, good food , nice wine, and generally socialising with anyone and everyone. Golden retriever energy most the time!

Professionally, I respect peoples working hours and are a considerate housemate. I am not a clean freak , but I know how to tidy after myself as well.

Looking for a room in the City centre, Chapel allerton, Horsforth, Meanwood. Not living in Hyde park, Headingley or anywhere else really.
The accom block I am in now has lovely two bedroom flats if anyone is interested and I get a discount If I stay for us! It also comes fully furnished.
