I'm Matty and I'm looking for a new place to live sometime this year ! I’m looking for young professionals who are active and social !

I'm in my 3rd year of my PhD at Leeds University. Despite sounding like a total nerd, I'm very outgoing and I love to socalise inside and outside of the home. I don't mind living with men or women 🏳️‍🌈 💅 . Hoping to make friends as well!

To be honest , I’m out the house 8-8 most days ! Except maybe Sunday where I’m out maybe 10-6 . When I’m home I like to relax and cook some good food !

I enjoy fitness, good food , nice wine, and generally socialising with anyone and everyone. Golden retriever energy most the time!

Professionally, I respect peoples working hours and are a considerate housemate. I am not a clean freak , but I know how to tidy after myself as well.

Looking for a room in the City centre, Chapel allerton, Horsforth, Meanwood, or anywhere generally where I can drive into Leeds easy. Not living in Hyde park or Headingley.
The accom block I am in now has lovely two bedroom flats if anyone is interested and I get a discount If I stay for us! It also comes fully furnished.
