Hi, I’m Saeed (a telecom engineer), and I’m searching for a short-term 1-bed flat or studio in Edgware HA8 or nearby areas like Burnt Oak or Queensbury for me, my wife (who keeps our home running smoothly), and our bright and studious 8-year-old son. Our son has been thriving at the London Academy on Spur Road since last year—completing 4th grade and now starting 5th grade—and he absolutely loves his school, so we’re committed to staying in Edgware while our current home is under renovation and we explore long-term options here. We’re hoping for a clean and modern, family-friendly spot with a small kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave) to whip up simple meals—furnished or unfurnished is fine. Our budget is £1000/month including all bills, for a 1-2 month rental starting as soon as possible. We’re a quiet, reliable family—non-smokers, no pets, always tidy, with strong references and a valid UK visa (happy to provide proof).
