Hello, Myself Atul IT professional from India moving single to UK on valid work permit. looking for single room from 05 April 2026 for minimum 3 months or more. I have salary slips, bank statement, HR reference, older owner reference. I am calm, quiet, adjustable, animal friendly, compactable, easily going, clean, tidy goes to bed 10 pm, cooks sometimes, no smoking, no pets, works from home as well as office in canary wharf.

Bathroom and toilet separate? shared by how many persons? basic Utensils in Kitchen to use? owner also lives in same house. Tv in room with license? backyard/garden allowed to use? living room to use (only sometime for few minutes just to refresh) this will help me to make decision and finalize the room.
