Want to rent eligible to lay upfront

To whomever this may concern im a 24 nearly 25 year old single male currently homeless looking for my first home I would. like to book a viewing im eligible for housing benefit and I have benefits of universal credit and personal independence payment the council has agreed to pay deposit and upfront rent too please get back to me if possible thanks alot as if you guys accept dsshousing benefit I would like to view and go ahead wit the tenancy
