We’re a professional couple looking for a comfortable room to rent. We both work hybrid schedules and would only be commuting and staying at the place up to two nights a week, though we’d like to keep the room available for our use at all times.

We’re clean, respectful, and easygoing, and we value a calm, tidy environment. Since we’ll mostly be away, we won’t be heavy users of the space, but when we’re there, we’ll be considerate and responsible housemates.
