Simple guy needing simple occomodation

Hi, I’m Mark, 31, a professional building air supply & extract surveyor. I work nights (typically 12:00pm–12:30/1:00am), so I tend to keep a fairly quiet routine.

I’m looking for a double room (en-suite would be a bonus, but not essential) close to Manchester city centre. Budget is up to £800pcm. Ideally, I’d like to move in around 6th October 2025, but I’m flexible with dates. I’m planning to stay 6–12 months.

A bit about me: I live a chilled lifestyle – not a big “going out” person (maybe once every couple of months). I don’t smoke, though I do vape (always outside). I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of other people’s space, but also enjoy a bit of banter and a laugh when the time’s right.

What I’m looking for: a clean, comfortable place with housemates who aren’t too stiff, but who also respect privacy and boundaries.
