Looking for a cozy double room

I am a professional looking to relocate to the city centre of Edinburgh - Leith, Stockbridge, Marchmont, Bruntsfield, New Town area.

I am 29, originally from Italy but I’ve been living in Edinburgh for 10 years. I work a desk job from home 2-3 days max a week but I am usually out and about outside working hours and weekends.

I’m a pretty social flatmate, but I also appreciate quiet time and a clean, tidy space. I love going out for meals, long walks, and night out with friends. I’m hoping to share a flat with someone like-minded who values a calm environment in the flat but also open to have friends over - the right balance is about everything ☺️
