American girl in Edinburgh!

Hi there! My name is Lori and I’m a recent divorcée from the United States. I’m getting a one way ticket to Edinburgh to start my new life and finish writing my memoir. I’m excited and terrified all at the same time, but I know it’s going to be an adventure! I’m an extrovert/introvert so I love to go to dinner or the pub and hang with friends but also love a quiet night in with takeout and a movie! I’m a responsible, clean, cheerful, kind, non smoking female and I can’t wait to make new friends! I would prefer to live with other females and would ideally prefer a private bathroom as well. I will be spending my days writing from home or cafes and exploring the area. I’m looking for a stay of about 3 months, depending on availability, so I can reevaluate and see if I like the area.
