Hi! I’m a 26-year-old professional working full time in Bethnal Green and looking for a new place to call home.

I spend a lot of time at work, so when I’m home I really value a peaceful, easy-going environment. I’m very clean, respectful of others' space and boundaries, and always do my bit around the house. I’ve lived in several shared houses before (including with a partner), and I take pride in keeping the space tidy and looked after. A house that feels like a home is really important to me.

I’m a non-smoker, don’t do drugs (including cannabis), and drink very occasionally—and never at home. I’m also pet-friendly (especially cats!) and would be more than happy to help with feeding or pet-sitting if you ever go away.

My main hobbies are rugby, photography, gym/fitness, and music, but I’m always open to trying new things and love meeting people from different walks of life.

A double room

Budget: £700–£1100 (can stretch slightly for the right place)

Locations: Finsbury Park / Islington / Clapham preferred, but open to other well-connected areas (good transport links are a must!)

Ideally a friendly, respectful house with people who care about keeping shared spaces clean

Absolutely no indoor smokers or drug use
