Laidback professional for South London room

Hey,
I'm a pretty laidback 27 year old guy looking for a room around Wimbledon, Clapham, Battersea and Balham areas. I work in Leatherhead, Surrey and am generally in the office 3-4 days a week, otherwise working from home. I like to read and have recently got into painting. Not a party animal, but love a good pub trip, especially if there is a quiz or pool table available, and am currently working on a list of my favourite London pubs. I like to start my Saturday mornings off with a parkrun then grab a coffee and do a cryptic crossword (wild times).
