Looking for short-term rental in Edinburgh!

Hi everyone! I’m Caroline, I’m 21 and originally from rural Maine in the United States. I am looking for a room in a shared flat starting in October or November. I would love to find a place with flatmates who are kind, easygoing, and maybe up for hanging out sometimes, but also respectful of each other’s space.

A little about me: I study business finance online, so some days I will be at home doing classes, but when I am not studying I am usually out exploring. I grew up surrounded by nature, so hiking and spending time outdoors are things I really enjoy. I am also very into art and design and like experimenting with different mediums, from painting and sketching to digital design.

In the city you will probably find me checking out cafés (matcha is my favorite), wandering second-hand shops and vintage markets, or searching for the best ramen and sushi spots. I love traveling, exploring new neighborhoods, and just seeing what I can discover. I am also an animal lover and cannot resist stopping to pet dogs I see on the street.

I will be spending a lot of time with my sister who lives in the city, but I would also like to build a friendly relationship with the people I live with. I would describe myself as social, considerate, tidy, and someone who likes a relaxed and comfortable home environment.
