Looking for a potential flatshare buddy/landlord

Hello! I will soon be moving out of my current flat in Maida Vale, with the aim of moving out of the UK by summer 2026.

In the interim, I am looking for a potential flatshare buddy or live-in landlord (who will be open to the idea of a change in flatmate/tenant halfway through the lease, sorry in advance!). I love Maida Vale and the surrounding area (Paddington, Queens Park, West Hampstead) and am hoping to remain here. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis and cooking Southeast Asian food (at offer is a treasure trove of asian spices and a rice cooker). I currently work in a risk consultancy, so I do like to keep abreast of current affairs and politics, but also do not object to some good brainrot time. I work 2-3 days a week in the office, so ideally the flat would have space for a WFH set up (I've worked on a dining table for the last 5 years, so as long as there is space for a monitor, i'd be fine). Outside of work, you will likely see me trying to hit the gym to try to justify the money I'm forking and window shopping at M&S food. Otherwise, I'm relatively homey, though I do head out to the pub for a drink from time to time with friends. I would consider myself a clean person in general but definitely not to an obsessive level. My friends would probably describe me with the following three words/phrases: dry sense of humour, dependable, and easygoing.
