Looking for a potential flatshare buddy

Hello! The lease for my current flat ends in late May. I am looking for a flatshare buddy/buddies who might be interested in 1) extending the lease for my current flat (more details below) or 2) buddying up to look for a new flat.

My current flat (2BR, 1 WC) is a modern and recently renovated duplex in the Warwick Avenue/Royal Oak area, with a lovely terrace overlooking the Grand Union Canal. The available room will be the bigger of the two, with big windows on three walls, making it extremely bright and spacious. I love this flat and its location (really close to Westbourne Grove) and would be happy to share more details and photos. The projected rent for this room will be GBP 1,700 (for one person)-2,000 (for a couple), excl bills (comes up to GBP 150 per person for 3 pax)

I love Maida Vale, Warwick Avenue, Westbourne Grovea and the surrounding area (Paddington, Queens Park, West Hampstead) and am hoping to remain here. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis and trying Asian recipes. I currently work in a risk consultancy, so I do like to keep abreast of current affairs and politics, but also do not object to some good brainrot time. I work 2-3 days a week in the office, so ideally the flat would have space for a WFH set up. Outside of work, you will likely see me trying to hit the gym to try to justify the money I'm forking and window shopping at M&S food. Otherwise, I'm relatively homey, though I do head out to the pub for a drink or a nice theatre show from time to time with friends. I would consider myself a clean person in general but definitely not to an obsessive level. My friends would probably describe me with the following three words/phrases: dry sense of humour, dependable, and easygoing.
