36 year old looking for friendly house share

Hi 👋 I'm Looking for a double room in a friendly and peaceful house share. I've been in a big house share for 9 years now, it's been fantastic but it's coming to an end since the landlord isn't renewing the licence.
Ideally I would like to share with between one and three others.
I like my own space but also like to have chats, watch films and share meals together.
I am a plumber ( so pretty handy to have around!) and I drive so I would need a parking permit.
I love cooking so a decent kitchen and fridge space would be ideal. I like to keep a tidy home.
I love a good night out at the pub but also (increasingly) enjoy nights in. I'd like to feel that I could invite friends over occasionally, but equally am very respectful of others and their boundaries (and prefer quiet in the week due to work).
