Looking for a third flatmate ✨

We're Jade and Georgia, two friends who are looking at getting a place together. My (Georgia) tenancy is up in May so we want to move just before then.

We're looking for a third person who'd like to join us both for saving some money on rent/bills and also to be friends. We'd like to meet you first (hence the early advertisement) and would prefer a girl of similar age (we're both 25). Our budget is around 400-500 each bills not included, so yours would ideally be similar. We'd like to be in the Salford Quays or M3 area but are also potentially okay with Didsbury/Chorlton.

We're both crafty people who enjoy thrifting and generally cosy vibes. Jade does like her gigs and going out too while I'm a bit more of a daytime activity person (but do have nights out on occasion). We both enjoy walks/hiking, and I play online games. We do want someone we can hang out with, but this isn't a party flat and we'll respect each others space. We're LGBTQ+ friendly and both liberal, Jade is also vegan (I am not so we aren't a meat free household). I work in a nursery full time and Jade currently works in hospitality with mixed shift patterns.

I have a cat and Jade has a dog that might stay with us sometimes too, so animal lovers are very welcome! My cat is a housecat so I would need someone to respect that access points she can reach aren't left open.
