Mature man seekks rental because of house sale.

Because my father passed his house is being sold so i need to find rented accommodation , i will be eligible for housing benefit element of Universal Credit as on low income but am looking for full time work. I need to have a landlords details to claim for this benefit which will pay all rent until my circumstances change and wondered if i decided on this property if this would be possible to organise.
