Late twenties guy looking to move into Manchester

Looking to move into Manchester as I work there and love it there, currently living in Wigan at my mums after living in Australia for a year. Looking to get my independence back and meet some new people in Manchester/make some new friends 😊
I love a night out but the closer I get to 30 the more I love a night in too haha. Would love to live with someone where we get on well and can do the odd things together but I do also love my own space so that nice balance of doing things together and someone who also likes to be independent would be great. I’m a very tidy and clean person and great to live with (if I do say so myself haha). My last housemate in Australia would happily attest to that too I’m sure 😊
I work in Marketing at a company based in Spinningfields and I’m based in the office 2 days a week then work from home 3. So would love to live with someone who doesn’t mind me working from home in my room.
I’d love to live with someone queer/LGBTQ+ too (I’m gay myself), but it’s not a deal breaker 😊 I last lived with straight guy in Australia and we got on really well.
I’m not too fussed on area, just a nice place I can call home with someone nice to live with would be great with me!
