37 yo Female (w/ an airfryer & coffee machine) 😉

Hey there,

These things are always awkward to write aren't they?!

I'm a 37 year old female, looking for a home around the Crayford/Bexley/Dartford area.

I run my own business specialising in career and organisational change working at home and also in London. I am chilled and laid back, a non-smoker, love dogs, holidays, eating out, big tv series watcher, really into my fitness and not a big "partier".

I also have a 4 year old daughter who I would bring round occasionally, she is just a gorgeous little human (if you have pets she will love you). The goal is to move out and rent so she has her own room in a years time or so. But it's important to me that you are ok with kids and her having a sleepover with me occasionally.

I'm looking to find someone to house-share a nice, modern place, ideally with two bathrooms, outdoor space and someone who is also chilled and friendly.

I have a car so parking would be great although I do have somewhere I can keep it if necessary.

Looking to move in around October time!
