I am a professional male aged 26. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 21/10/2025 and have a budget of £700pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age, but would strictly like them to be professionals. Im a filmmaker and currently living with family over in Wakefield, but my video production company (Mood Films) has just leased our first office in Leeds City Centre on York Place, so I’m currently looking to move closer to the centre of Leeds to be closer to our premises.

Until this point I’ve been at home living with family while building up my company but it has now reached a point where I want to get my own place as the company grows. I don’t need a place to work from home as I’ll be in my office during working hours.

I don’t have a guarantor but would be happy to make a lump payment upfront if this makes things easier and can also prove income for myself and my company.
