Looking for a room or a gang to buddy up with

Hi! I’m looking for a room in Manchester, ideally around the City Centre or Northern Quarter, Ancoats that kinda vibe. I must have parking. I’d prefer somewhere not too far out, and being close to a tram line would be a bonus.

It would be great to have a balcony or garden, but that’s not a dealbreaker. A nice living area and a sociable household are more important — I’d love to live with people who enjoy hanging out together occasionally while also respecting each other’s space.

I’d also be open to buddying up with some girls to find a nice house share together.
