Man and his lovely dog Kevin / double room

Hi, I'm looking for at first a short term let of 6 months although potentially longer until my house is sold for myself and my Dog Kevin. Once sold I may not bother buying again so that's all up in the air atm. We will see.

I work as an Av install Engineer so I'm very handy around the house :-). Out of the house from around 07:30 till 17:30. I have a works van so parking close by is preferred.

I'm a relaxed person who likes to watch youtube about anything but usually engineering, waterways canal ets., compete in online simracing and watch football in dog friendly pubs with friends as well as watch the formula 1 religiously at the weekends. I think I'm a fairly straightforward guy. Fairly clean and tidy, respectful and easy to get along with.

I also come with an extremely friendly Dog called Kevin who doesn't like being left on his own so I will be hoping to use doggy daycare when I can during days I am at work if needed. He is housetrained and He's a lovely little guy though and he gets on with everyone and everything.
I'm interested in cars and i'm currently helping my dad restore a VW camper van.

Ideally looking for a double room with space to setup my triple screen sim rig in a corner in the Bolton area but anywhere in that side of Manchester is fine.
