Hey, I’m a 26 year old working professional looking for a room or apartment in Leeds city centre. I run a video production company and we have recently just leased our first office in Leeds city centre. I’m currently based out in Wakefield so I’m looking to relocate to be closer to our premises which is on York Place.
Im looking to live with other working professionals and although I work for myself will not need to work from home and be of any disturbance to current flat mates as I’ll be working from my office during normal business hours, and a lot of the time will also be out of the property working away as I generally work around the county 20-40% of the month.
I’m currently living with my family so will be moving out into my first rented property so don’t have any rental history, or a guarantor, but I can prove my personal and business income and provide a lump payment if needed.
