Room wanted - professional

Hey,

I’m a 32-year-old professional working in accounting and finance, currently on the hunt for a new place as my current landlord is selling up. Starting a new job in the centre of town, so ideally looking for something with easy access to the city.

A bit about me: I’m pretty laid back, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I won’t be working from home, so I’ll be out during the day Monday to Friday.

I do drive, so secure or designated parking would be a big plus—happy to give lifts from time to time too.

Outside of work, I’m a bit geeky and into gaming, but I also enjoy getting outdoors. I’m into photography, play airsoft, and often escape the city every few weekends to visit family.

I’m looking for a sociable but chilled flatshare—somewhere friendly where people get along and don’t mind the odd chat or shared meal, but also respect each other’s space. A double room would be ideal, and I’m open to different locations as long as the commute works.

Not looking for a room in a large house share, no more than 2 other people.
