Looking for buddy up or double room

I'm an easy going full time professional looking to move out of solo living and into a flat share to support a career change into landscape design.

I really like to create a warm home environment that feels welcoming, tidy, safe and cosy. I love cooking nice meals and hunkering down in front of the telly, especially throughout the week.

At the weekends I'm usually out and about meeting friends or family. I like to go to gigs, go to the pub, try out creative workshops etc. I'm an outdoorsy person that likes to get my hands dirty, go camping, go to the beach, go to festivals.

I'm very open and find it easy to get on with most people. I'm definitely looking for a calm but social house, rather than a party house.

I would love to find somewhere with some outdoor space if possible (love gardening and sunshine).

I'd be very open to living with someone with a dog! I would help with walks ;)

Parking of some form is a requirement as I have a car.
