Looking for buddy up or double room

I'm a friendly full time professional looking to move out of solo living and into a flat share to support a career change into landscape design.

I'm a very laid back character - I really like to create a warm home environment and would love to find somewhere with some outdoor space to create a bit of a garden (I have lots of plants stored at my mum's!).

While I love to cook, paint, knit and play (rudimentary!) guitar at home, I'm also keen on gigs and seeking out exciting things going on in Brighton. I'm an outdoorsy person that likes to sit at the beach, go camping, go and see gardens.

I always try to keep my flat tidy and clean as it makes me feel more homely, but I also understand that there are times when floordrobes become a reality because life gets hectic!

I'd be very open to living with someone with a dog, but I'm allergic to cats sadly.

I'm out and about quite a lot, but also work the occasional day from home. Parking of some form is a requirement as I have a car.
