Friendly, professional looking for new home

I work in West End for a large property investment company (5 days in office) looking for a place to live less than 45 mins to Picadilly Circus (Bakerloo) or Leicester Square (Northern).

I work full-time and have a busy schedule, so home is somewhere I value being able to unwind. I’m clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces.

I am looking for a relaxed LGBT home (no sub-letting landlords on UC please) where people are friendly and can have a chat, while still respecting each other’s privacy and independence.

I’m not looking for a party house, but I also do not want somewhere that feel cold or controlled.

I enjoy writing, film and television, creative projects and exploring London.

Ideally, I’m looking for:
• A good-sized room (no bed a plus as I have my own)
• A clean, well-maintained home
• A friendly and communicative housemate
• A home where shared areas genuinely feel shared – I wont find you taking up the living or kitchen every night
• A longer-term arrangement, provided it is the right fit

I am reliable with rent, respectful of boundaries and happy to contribute fairly to keeping the home pleasant.
