24YO professional looking for lgbtq+ double room

Hello! I am a 24 year old trans man in search of a queer friendly household/room in a house. My current housemate of five years is moving in with his partner.

I work full time (9 to 5) as a leatherworker at a small business in NW London, so I’ll be out the house during weekdays.

I am relatively clean, tidy, and easy to communicate with. Not wanting to move into a messy student style house - respect and understanding for having a shared space is important!

Pretty easy going and happy with a party place, a chill environment, or anything in between.
