Looking for somewhere to live in Lewes area

Hi. I'm Matt. I'm an artist/maker (primarily a painter) and performer looking to move to the Lewes area in late October from Gloucester where I am currently. I'm looking both for a place to live and also a studio space to create artworks and inventions.
I've lived in many communal spaces and value highly the benefits of sharing spaces and experiences. I'm respectful and would like to think I'm kind and considerate to the needs of others. I try to live as clean and healthy as possible, I have a plant based diet and don't smoke. I'm not a saint though, I occasionally go out to gigs and parties, enjoy a good dance and I love a festival.
If anyone has a space to rent and/or a space to create in or knows of these things I would very much appreciate a helping hand in the right direction. Happy to chat about this with anyone.
