Looking for double room in SE ✨

Hey! I’m Izzy (she/her) and I’m a designer from New Zealand 🇳🇿

I'm on the lookout for a double room in SE London, ideally around East Dulwich, Brockley, Honor Oak, Peckham Rye, Denmark Hill, and nearby!

I'm looking for a flat with 1-3(ish) others in their mid-late twenties who get along as friends but value some of their own space too. I have a few friends dotted around London but super keen to meet new people and grow a little circle. Some of my interest include aaanything coffee related, pub and wine bar trips, going to markets, music, exploring London, walking and going to the gym, cooking and making sourdough 🥖🫒🪩✨

I have several years flatting experience, am super clean/tidy/considerate and love making a space feel really homey 🤎 I enjoy the occasional night out or wholesome dinner party but not looking for a party house. LGBTQI+ friendly!

I work as a web designer in Greenwich, in the office 3 days per week 2 from home.

Ideal move in date would be after 1st November but can be flexible for the right place any time from now! Longer term lease preferred in an established flat but would also consider sublets or buddying up if I sound like a good fit.
