Easy Going Professional Housemate - Sold House

Hi, I'm Jack, a full-time work-from-home counsellor/psychotherapist (online or phone sessions) looking for a calm houseshare in the wider Lincoln or nearby area. I am in the process of selling my current home, and I'm seeking a room for an approximate 12-24 month stay.

I have secured a buyer and have temporary accommodation lined up, but wish to keep my net cast to increase my options and see if a better opportunity might be available.

I'm a non-smoker, non-drinker, and my weekdays are busy with work. Evenings and weekends, I’m usually studying or working, but I’m sociable, with good communication skills, and happy to connect with a housemate. I’d prefer a quiet, clean, and relaxed home with just one other person over a busy house share.
